We operate a no quibble 30 day returns policy. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back in their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item should be in re-sellable condition. If a worn item is sent back, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging. Boxes that have tape or stamps on them will be charged at £5 to cover replacement packaging.
You will need to arrange and pay for the returns method of your choice (trackable service recommended) for correctly supplied, unwanted items. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, its sender’s responsibility to pursue a claim. Please note that we do not offer a free return service.
We do offer exchanges for any order. If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please write the details on the return paperwork, as indicated. All returned orders will be refunded within 2-3 working days of receipt by us. Please contact us if you have any issue with your order or need any further help.
Please include your original paperwork in with your parcel, so we can identify you. Failure to do this will result in a significant delay to your refund.
