We typically post over 20,000 parcels a year from orders received via our Amazon, Ebay and this Website. Fast, accurate and the ability to track a parcel is an absolute priority to us. It is our responsibility to correctly deliver your order, and we take that responsibility seriously.

· UK Customers - Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This includes SMS text updates, if you have told us your mobile number. You will also get email updates.
· UK Mainland Customers - Express Delivery - you can choose from Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day. Both these services include text and email updates. DPD also have a 1 hour delivery timeslot, so during the morning of your delivery, you will be told this information. You can at this point authorise DPD to leave the item safe, redeliver another day, or delivery to a DPD Shop local
If you place you order by 12 Noon GMT, we will guarantee to ship your item that same day. Between 12pm and 5pm we will try and ship same day, but certainly the next working day.

Returning or Exchanging an item.
We understand that sometimes a product may not fit, or you just don't like it. We accept returns for any reason, upto 30 days from purchase.
