FAQ – RETURNS
We aim to process returns and credit your original payment method within 48 hours of the item arriving in our warehouse. Please however allow upto 5 working days during busy periods, such as Christmas.

When requesting a return, we will supply you with the appropriate location. Once the parcel arrives, our returns partners will check the item against what you purchased. We will then refund your payment in full.
Question: I’ve worn the shoes, can I still return them, as I just don’t like them?
You have 30 days to decide whether you like the shoes or not. We will allow a return on any item that is unused, and returned back in the same original unused condition. If you have worn the shoes, we are unable to accept them back.
Any product that develops a fault within a reasonable time, can be exchanged for a new pair if they cannot be repaired.
FAQ – DELIVERY
Question: When will my item arrive?
If you are in UK, the item will be posted same day upto 3pm. Economy delivery is 2-3 working days (typically 2 days for mainland UK, and 3 days for Highlands and Islands)
Express Delivery will arrive next working day, for orders placed upto 3pm. We will use Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Next Day.
